 • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method only. For example, payments made via Visa will be refunded via Visa.

 • Stable cryptocurrency payments (e.g., USDT) will maintain their nominal value. In case of value fluctuations, we reserve the right to adjust account balances accordingly.

 • Always confirm payment details with us before sending money. If an account is blocked or suspended, funds will only be added or refunded once the issue is resolved.

 • Refunds may take more than one week to process, depending on the payment gateway, verification, or provider response time.

 • Any service failure, delay, or error is the responsibility of the buyer. Gsmsilent is not liable for outcomes beyond its direct control.

 • Requests that have not entered execution may be canceled within 2–4 hours.

 • If a service fails, funds will be returned to your Gsmsilent account balance, not as cash unless otherwise agreed.

 • Delays, errors, or failures from third-party APIs, networks, or system updates are not the responsibility of Gsmsilent.
