3. Payments & Refunds
 • All payments are the sole responsibility of the user. Chargebacks, disputes, or payment delays may result in account suspension.
 • Refunds are processed only to the original payment method used.
 • Cryptocurrency payments (e.g., USDT/USDC) are handled at face value; market fluctuations are not our responsibility.
 • Always confirm payment details before sending funds.
 • Refund processing time may exceed 7 business days, depending on gateways or providers.
 • Any failure, delay, or mistake caused by incorrect information provided by the user is the buyer’s responsibility.

 • Gsmsilent provides a limited warranty period of up to 30 days only, depending on the service type.
 • There is NO lifetime warranty under any circumstance.

 • After successful service delivery, no refund, reversal, or rework is guaranteed, even if the device status changes later due to carrier actions, updates, unpaid balances, or user modifications.
 • Any re-lock, restriction, or limitation occurring after the warranty period is not the responsibility of Gsmsilent.

 • Users must ensure that all submitted devices are legally owned and not stolen.
 • Verify IMEI, serial number, and eligibility before placing orders.
 • Gsmsilent is not responsible for damages caused by misuse, unsupported models, or unauthorized modifications.
 • Services must not be used for illegal activities or to violate local or international laws.

6. Service Execution & Cancellation
 • Once a service enters execution, it cannot be canceled.
 • Orders not yet processed may be canceled within 2–4 hours only.
 • Failed services are refunded as account balance, not cash, unless otherwise stated.
 • Third-party API failures, system changes, or carrier updates are outside our control.
